#1 Stay hydrated
Drinking enough water may be a key factor in combating nausea. Make sure to have 8-12 glasses per day, or about half your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 140 lbs, you will need to consume about 70 ounces of water, or more, per day.
Pregnancy often requires you to consume more electrolytes as well. So sipping on electrolyte-enhanced water may help hydration levels, and get you feeling better faster.
#2 Eat small frequent meals
Having an empty stomach aggravates morning sickness symptoms. The best way to keep your stomach full is to eat smaller meals more often. Have lots of high protein snacks available to you throughout the day.
If morning sickness hits you hardest in the A.M., it may be a good idea to keep something to eat next to your bed. Bland foods like saltine crackers, bread, or cereal are good choices to consume just before getting up in the morning.

Strong scents can instantly upset a woman’s stomach during pregnancy, but the right ones can actually soothe her. Essential oils like peppermint, ginger, and lemon are perfect to have on hand when nausea strikes.
#6 Sea-Bands
These motion-sickness wrist bands use acupressure points to eliminate nausea. Although they were originally created for people suffering from travel sickness, they also work wonders during pregnancy.
#7 Acupuncture
Like the acupressure bands, acupuncture manipulates certain points on the body to bring relief from morning sickness.
