Prenatal Yoga Classes
Prepare for Labor and Delivery through our prenatal yoga classes. Work on breathing, strengthening your pelvic floor and embracing the journey. Our Yoga class is designed for you to learn beneficial yoga moves without introducing complicated poses. We encourage you to focus on you and your baby, relax, breath, and escape. No experience necessary, just being pregnant this class is for you. Yoga is proven to reduce stress by lowering levels of cortisol in the body, boost immune function and levels of “feel good” chemicals in the brain. It also helps your body by reducing the level of inflammation. Our yoga classes will help you reduce pregnancy and post-delivery discomforts and help with childbirth preparation and post-partum adjustments. Our yoga classes allow you to take care of you and your baby and escape inwardly.
We have the mats and blocks, you bring your own towel and water.
Registration preferred but our classes are walk-in, so you can enjoy a class when you are ready.

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies such as:
